Broh Consulting Services, LLC has 15 years of experience in hiring staff in the Office of the Registrar at Princeton University and 10 years experience hiring research staff at the Consortium on Financing Higher Education (COFHE).
While Director of Research at the COFHE, he had sole responsibility over five years for hiring all senior research personnel, temporary staff, and consultants. Broh was also a member of “Transition Committee” that defined the timing, strategy and hiring an Executive Director for the Association for Institutional Research.
Over the years, Broh has established a network of contacts in higher education among student services and other personnel. First as a nationally visible registrar, he led and participated in conferences of the American Association of University (AAU) Registrars, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO), and the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) where he was on the Board of Directors. He also was an active participant in the regional affiliates of these associations. While at COFHE, he worked closely with Admission Officers, Directors of Financial Aid, Directors of Institutional Research, Registrars and Information Technology staff at the 31 highly selective member colleges and universities across the country. An informal responsibility was the continuous networking among college administrators and working with senior management to make recommendations to search committees about the availability and appropriateness of people in each of these professional fields.
For the past three years, Broh has helped organize and coordinate the Enrollment Planning Network where he works closely with the Enrollment Managers, Admissions Officers, and Financial Aid officers of the largest private research universities in the country.
In sum, Broh has conducted, consulted with, or advised numerous institutions of higher education in searches related to a broadly defined area of student services and more.
